Who We Are
ZoneDev is a zoning and land use consulting firm lead by Maxwell Fisher, AICP. Maxwell has over 20 years of experience in zoning and development working in both the public and private sectors as a city planner and private sector consultant. ZoneDev secures requests for changes of zoning, special use permits, variances, parking issues, and assists with subdivision plat approvals and construction permits.
